Sweet Retreat is the ideal getaway cabin for couples and small families. Nestled in Pigeon Forge within the Eagles Ridge Resort, you'll be just a short stroll from the seasonal pool. Our cabin is only 1.5 miles from the Parkway, close to Gatlinburg, The Great Smoky Mountain National Park, Dollywood, and other attractions, restaurants, and shopping. Relax in your private, secluded hot tub, making this charming cabin perfect for honeymoons, anniversaries, romantic escapes, and family vacations.
Good to know
Sweet Retreat is located at the end of Peregrine Way nestled amongst the trees providing you with a feeling of seclusion and privacy. According to one of our guests, "You’re close to town but tucked away a bit you don’t even really feel like there are any neighbors." During the Christmas holiday season you'll be able to enjoy the Winterfest Lights along the parkway in Pigeon Forge. The cabin sleeps up to 4 guests and offers everything you need to relax and get away from it all. Guests have access to the entire cabin and all of its amenities: a jacuzzi tub in the loft bedroom, a private hot tub on the screened in porch, a deck that wraparound 3 sides of the cabin, and a natural gas grill (no propane tanks to worry about). We have a new friend to greet you when you are heading up the stairs to the front door - "Whootie". Whootie is a motion activated owl that is intended to deter woodpeckers from damaging the cabin (and annoying guests). Couples and families will also enjoy the practical features of an equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, high-speed wireless internet, cable TV service, and a Roku smart TV. The loft bedroom has a king sized bed, its own bathroom, the afore mentioned jacuzzi tub, dresser, closet, cable TV, and portable fan. The spacious living room has a cathedral ceiling, queen sleeper sofa, loveseat, and gas fireplace (available for use seasonally). The living room also includes a 50” Roku smart TV with cable service. Relax outdoors on the large wrap around deck while enjoying your morning coffee or evening beverage while listening to the quiet sounds of nature. The deck offers a porch swing for two, table & 4 chairs, and 2 rocking chairs out front. Cook dinner on the natural gas grill or in the fully equipped kitchen. End your day with a relaxing soak in the private hot tub.
Other Details to Note
Fresh linens, towels, and blankets are included in your stay. We provide basic toiletries like toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soap. Sweet Retreat is not pet or smoke friendly. Absolutely no smoking or vaping in the cabin or on the deck. There is a security camera covering the front door area only. There are no other cameras on the property. Guests must be able to use stairs to access the main living area of the cabin. There is also another flight of stairs to get into the loft. You will receive the door code approximately 48 hours prior to check in via a message sent via Airbnb. Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 11am Our cabin is decorated for Christmas during the holiday season. This cabin is owner operated. The fireplace is shut down from roughly April to the beginning of October. You must be 25 years or older to reserve this cabin and all persons must be 25 years or older to stay here without a guardian.
