You must be 25 years or older to reserve this cabin and all persons must be 25 years or older to stay here without a guardian. 1) Noise Neighbors want to enjoy their vacation as well please keep noise within reason. Guests must obey quiet hours for Pigeon Forge starting at 10:00 PM. 2) Occupancy The maximum capacity for the property is (4). If occupancy exceeds that, guests will be asked to leave and forfeit rental deposit and rental payment. 3) Weather/Act of God The hosts are not responsible for weather or acts of god that cause disruptions during a guests’ stay. Guests are recommended to have a 4X4 vehicle during winter months. Discounts and refunds will not be given due to inclement weather and or acts of god. 4) Pets Pets are not permitted on the property anytime. Guests who bring a pet will be charged $150 for additional cleaning fees as well as forfeit rental payment and will be asked to leave the property. 5) Safety Guests are responsible for safety of themselves and children using stairs, knives, appliances, gas grill, hot tub, and the premises. Guests are responsible to turn gas on and off for the grill after each use. The hosts are not responsible for any accidents or injuries. 6) Hot Tub It is the guest's responsibility to supervise children even when the hot tub is not in use. Children under the age of 18 are not permitted in the hot tub. Our house cleaner drains, sanitizes and replenishes chemicals prior to arrival. Therefore, the hot tub may not be warm until later that evening. Please remember when not using the hot tub, leave the cover on so the hot tub can stay warm. Please do not sit, stand, or jump on the hot tub cover. Do not use any bubbles, soap, laundry detergent, bath bombs, etc. in the hot tub. Guests are to use the hot tub at their own risk. The hosts are not responsible for any accidents or injuries. 7) Smoking/Drugs The property prohibits smoking or drug use inside and on the premises. Any guests not adhering to the policy will be immediately removed and will forfeit rental deposit and rental payment. 8) Check Out Housekeeping will do the cleaning however guests are responsible to leave property in the same condition. Please load all dishes into the dishwasher and run it on the normal cycle. Please remove and dispose of all items in the refrigerator. Please place towels in the jacuzzi tub. The hosts are not responsible for any left belongings. 9) Damage Any damage to any items in the cabin including couches, chairs, tables, TVs, hot tub, beds, sheets, towels, pillows, etc., are the responsibility of the renter. Please treat our cabin as if it were your own. Failure to comply with the above rules will result in possible additional charges. WAIVER OF LIABILITY: This cabin is remotely located in open country with streams, ditches, ponds, swimming pools and other potential water hazards. There are many things for which we have advise caution, as we cannot control every element. I, (we), understand that we are wholly responsible for ourselves, children, and invited guests as relates to any activity or any facility we choose. This includes, but is not limited to, using the grill, interacting with, petting, or playing with domestic animals, hiking or walking. I, (we), hereby voluntarily accept all risk of personal injury, death and property damage (including personal property) to myself (ourselves), our family or anyone, which injury or damage results from our use of the Premises. Furthermore, I (we) agree that I (we) will not make a claim against or sue the owners or employees, family or related entities, for any bodily injury, death or property damage. I (we) understand that this is a release of Owner and agents from any and all liability with respect to any claims brought by invitees for damage or injury.

Roads are fully paved and accessible for all vehicles. There is ample LEVEL parking for two vehicles in front of the cabin. For the Tesla owners, there is a Tesla Supercharger located a short 2 miles away.
